There is more than one company making those. There is even one
version, where they place the chip on a PCI card with a NEC
USB2 chip as well. They are all based on the same conversion chip,
as far as I know.

Chesen makes the CSC0101A chip. It is 16 pin. It contains a 65C02
processor and 8K of firmware. That converts PS/2 signals, into a USB
HID emulation.

Read the reviews before you buy. I don't see a reason for one version
to be better than another, unless there are different versions of
firmware in them. (The firmware should be a ROM mask, and not
easy to change. You can't flash it like your BIOS.)
