I have hidden codes that I want to remove from my personal resume before I send
it out. They are posted at the bottom of the text visible on the web
application after I send it. What do I do to remove it.

version of Word?

In general, make sure there are no versions saved to the file, and that
all Tracked Changes are resolved (accepted) before sending the file.

How exactly are you sending your resume out?
