I like the WinKey + E key. I think finding the Explorer by going to the Programs/Accessories folder is a real drag. Normally I put my own icon on the quick launch toolbar to start Explorer as well (in the root of the C drive), but when I go to someone else's machine that has a normal installation I always find the WinKey handy.
