Victim works for Mexico's equivalent of FBI

MCALLEN - A group of armed men kidnapped a high-ranking officer in Mexico.

Francisco Javier Hernandez Zambrano was going out to dinner with his
family, when he was abducted.

Zambrano is the regional director of AFI for the State of Tamulipas. The
AFI is Mexico's equivalent of the FBI.

According to the Mexican media, there's an all out search for Zambrano.
NEWSCHANNEL 5 learned the government has requested extra patrols and have
sent soldiers to search by air and by land.

So far, no one is saying why Zambrano was kidnapped or if they've got any
suspects.
