I need to create a document in ppt 4.0, but am using ppt 2003 sp 2. No "save
as ppt 4.0" option pops up with "save as" command. Please help.

I don't think there's much to be done other than finding and installing an older
version of PowerPoint that can save to v4 ... the most recent version that'll do
that is PPT 2000.
