I'm trying to create a simple calendar invite form that will populate the
notes section of the invite with fields pulled from the Access form. The end
result is to have a calendar invite with a notes section that can be read
from a Blackberry calendar.

I'm not sure that this will help, but try it:

Go tools, macros in outlook; write the macro you want and then learn
how to run this code from Access
