How do I access a help file in Office 2007?

From: John W John on 9 May 2008 20:17 Why has all the help been removed? Who on earth thought that was a good idea?! How do I get help to find my way around when I'm offline? The new interface isn't familiar or as obvious as Microsoft seem to think.
