From: slwaite on 10 Jan 2006 12:50 I have 8 employees working on 3 projects in various stages of completion. I need to know how to set up MSProject to track timelines and hours used compared to hours allotted for each project and each person. I also need it to track the various stages of each project. Is this possible and how do I do this if it is? All of the templates that I have looked at on the internet and Microsoft site are set up for use in an administration or implementation setting. I need a template for a manufacturing setting. I appreciate any help anyone can give me. Thanks, Shawnda

It's often difficult to find a template that matches your needs. In that case, you need to build it from scratch. It might help if you follow the map provided with Project to guide you along the way. Hope this helps in your world.
