From: HISUser on 19 May 2008 11:10 When I export Microsoft Project Tasks to an Excel Spreadsheet the notes are abbreviated. I would like to export the full task notes. The full task notes will print, so they must be stored someplace. I also tried exporting the full MPP file to an Access DB but once again the task notes were abbreviated.

HISUser, You need to use VBA or an SQL on Project's database. I have a macro expressly for doing what you want. If you want more information write me at the address below. I will ask some questions.
