Like a jpg or a gif, how do I make it a clickable link that goes to another
page of the website? Sorry if this is totally basic stuff, I'm just getting
the hang of this and am under a tight deadline, thanks for your help!

Click on your image. Then go to the Behavors panel (on your right) click on the "+" then click on Web > Go to web page.
Enter your URL in the space provided.
