From: JulieS on 2 May 2008 10:36 Hello netbizsolutions, I assume you are referring to a recurring task in Project? The end date for the last recurring task should be visible to you as the end date of the summary recurring task. As far as being able to see it more clearly, you could add a flag field with a formula to set the flag to "yes" if the finish date is greater than the current date. Then use a graphic indicator for the field where the flag equals "yes". As far a noting when something is overdue -- that would depend upon what definition you want for overdue. You could set a deadline on the task -- when your finish date is later than the deadline, a missed deadline indicator will appear in the indicator column. You may also find the Status field or Status Indicator field is handy. The status and status indicator fields compare the tasks start date and progress to the status date for the project. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along. If so, please clarify what you mean. If not, you should post to a newsgroup that deals with whatever application you are using. John Project MVP |
