Well, the goal Dreamweaver 8 is to play videos on my page but I'd like to
use a GIF
overlay of an old TV with the screen area cut out allowing the video to show
through. I assumed that I could pull this off using an image placeholder and
put the TV image over the it but, of course, the added TV image simply bumps
the placeholder out of the way. Once I got this set up, then I was going to
have a menu of available clips that when clicked upon would place through
this one location. I've never really worked with this kind of media and need
a little help.
