Hye guys i am trying to take windows xp off of my laptop an restore it
back on. My computer company thinks that when i got my laptop fixed
that theere is a glich in my windows an i need to take it off an put
it back on but i have no clue how to do that. if someone anyone can
give me step by step on how to do that it would be wonderful.

i also need to know what this means "iexplore error wininet.dll" it
comes up on are other computer. what is is an how do i fix it?
