From: xianli2 on 22 Apr 2008 05:48 Hi all: I have a 2500 and I want to use it with PPPoA provide by my ISP. How shall I do it? The 2500 has one AUI port, two serial ports and one BRI port. The interface is rj11 from PPPoA, because there is no femail rj11 interface in the 2500, how can I use the 2500 to make the connection? Thanks a lot. Regards

PPPoA implies you have an ATM port of some kind on the box. There doesn't exist a 25xx with an ATM port. There's a Cisco 827 on a eBay store for $34.95 right now. That will do PPPoA for you, and probably be 100 times faster than a 2501 anyway.
