It's kind of obvious that you stole Popcorn so I'm not sure why anyone
would help you. However, if I'm wrong then read the Popcorn manual and
find the obvious answer.

Popcorn won't copy copy-protected DVDs. It will, however, copy VIDEO_TS folders
or disc image files created by software that can break CSS encryption. Toast 7
Titanium will do this also, in addition to burning CDs and DVDs of all stripes.

1.) Search for and download an app called OSEx.

2.) Rip the DVD into either a VIDEO_TS folder or a DVD image.

3.) Burn with Toast or Popcorn. Both will compress as needed to fit onto a
single DVD.

He said he used MactheRipper - their should be no problem as soon as he
reads his Popcorn manual.

I'll give one reason to bother -- kids/grandkids! The third time I
replaced "Lion King" and the second time I replaced "Nemo," I took the
time and effort to learn how to deal with making copies. The kids don't
get their hands on the original any longer. I buy the original and make
a "viewing copy" and, when that gets trashed, I make another.

No matter how careful you are, kids (especially 3 and 4 year olds) get
their little hands and fingers into everything.

I don't know how fast your Mac is, but on my G5, it takes about 45
minutes to rip the contents to harddisk, recompress with Toast 7, and
burn.
