From: Eric on 6 Jul 2008 03:52 Does anyone have any suggestions on how to send 2 different email addresses for one person? For example, if a person has 2 email address, and I keep both email addresses into my contact lists. If I would like to send email to this person, then only the default email for this person will be received email from me for my contact list. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to send email to both email address under this person from my contact list? Thanks in advance for any suggestions Eric
From: PA Bear [MS MVP] on 6 Jul 2008 12:21 Each address would have to be associated with a separate contact. Example: Bob Smith => robertsmith(a)isp.com HotmailBob Smith (or Bob SmithHotmail or Robert Smith) => robertsmith(a)hotmail.com -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Desktop Experience - since 2002 AumHa VSOP & Admin http://aumha.net DTS-L http://dts-l.net/ Eric wrote: > Does anyone have any suggestions on how to send 2 different email > addresses > for one person? From: Michael Santovec on 6 Jul 2008 17:11 What I've done is set up two separate contacts for the person, one for each e-mail address. Then create a Group and put both contacts in it. Then send to the Group for that person -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Eric" <Eric(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:FB6365E2-2D35-470E-B9AE-9ED1CBC66E69(a)microsoft.com... > Does anyone have any suggestions on how to send 2 different email > addresses > for one person?
