I have a working program in 8.5.

Would like to get that same program into a handheld device. I know it will
lose resolution. How does one begin?

I'm sure I just can't send my movie "into" the thing.

Please assume I have unlimited funding for this project; and it really is a
simple one. Let's say it's a Soduku-like in scope. (But it is not, so please
don't correct my spelling of it).

I realize I may have to "build" the handheld device.

Let us move on.

If you have unlimited funding to develop and build a hand-held device,
why don't you just pay someone to develop your application in a
language/environment that will work on available devices?

You /might/ have some luck with the PocketPC exporter, but you'll still
need a compiler (and someone versed in C++) to progress.

Where does one get a Compiler?

The most widely known/used would perhaps be a version of Microsoft's
Visual Studio
