From: Sri on 16 May 2008 18:46 What I want is something that is very common. I have seen it in a zillion presentations, yet I do not know how its done. Basically how to insert content step by step (ie using mouse click or enter), in the same slide ? e.g. If I have a slide with 3 boxes (with text in them), how can I ahve them displayed 1 box (with text) at a time ? thanks in advance, Sridhar
From: Lucy Thomson on 16 May 2008 22:37 Hi Sridhar You can do this with animation. The best way to approach it depends on the version and the content (for example animation schemes work well for text in placeholders in 2003, but the feature was removed in 2007 and I wouldn't use them for shapes). There are 3 great training courses on animation here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/CR061832731033.aspx And I have a wee video on my site: http://www.aneasiertomorrow.com.au/tutorials/2AtOnce/2AtOnce.html Hope that helps, Lucy -- Lucy Thomson PowerPoint MVP MOS Master Instructor www.aneasiertomorrow.com.au "Sri" <Sri(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BADC28CE-C185-4373-BB54-89E9CE49EC54(a)microsoft.com... > What I want is something that is very common.
