I installed Gigastudio 3, and after not getting it to work, I decided
to uninstall it for now. One thing it did while it was installed was
remove all my MIDI inputs in Sonar4. But now, even after I uninstalled
it, my MIDI-in options are still missing (for my Digi002) and the
MIDI-out selections are populated with Giga ports. How do I get rid of
all the Giga stuff and get back to where I was with the Digi MIDI-ins
appearing, so I can select them and play/record my keyboard?

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and reprofiling
the Audio (Audio options dialog)?

Went through this too. I remember Tascam having a very involved list of
things to do to completely uninstall. Go to their website. I think

Anyone want to buy a GS3 solo edition? :)

Yes...I'm not able to reprofile for some reason. Maybe b/c I'm using
ASIO? There is no Wave Profiler button in Audio Options. I even just
reinstalled Sonar, and it didn't go through the Wave Profiler...audio
works fine though, but still all the Giga MIDI info is there, and no
ability to add inputs.

Sounds like you had success? I did try all the steps Tascam lists, but
every time I remove the registry stuff, it comes back on reboot. It's
like this thing is possessed! Not sure what to do now, other than
completely wipe the drive.
