How do you use the RunCommand acCmdEncryptDecryptDatabase
command to set a password/encrypt a database?

When I use the runcommand from a button on
a form i get an error message saying that it is not available right now,
however, if I then click on the'encrypt with password' command in the
ribbon, it works just fine.
