How to turn it off?
I've got a wacom tablet, and I only use it for drawing. I want to use my
keyboard, but the Input Panel keep showing up, and it's becoming very
irritating, but I don't know how to turn it off. Click the "x" button only
minimize it...

Try killing the TABTIP.EXE process in Task Manager.

Note that I've never done this myself, and have no idea
what else it might effect, but that's supposed to be the
Input Panel executable.

Maybe someone else has a better idea.
