I had setup postfix, I can send email last month.
Postfix is fine. I can sent to anywhere.
But this few day, I can't send and received the message,
How can I to do? Tks

Check it:

It looks like 220.133.88.162 www.tapa.tp.edu.tw is in blacklists.
gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[64.233.163.27] rejects your incoming mail.
Check security settings of your server at all and than try to remove
your ip from blacklists.
