Personally I don't judge other people, but your reaction is a bit harsh
and the guy did admit he made a mistake.
I do however have my opinions and I would strongly suggest you read

Well, I looked at it too and found it woefully incomplete and not
suitable for professional use, at least not yet.

Still hobbyist level IMHO.
