I am trying to write and IF Statement which will give me a "yes" if over 50%
and a "no" if under 50% for below table

Percent resolved
29%
38%
94%
67%
74%
63%
91%
81%

Try
=IF(A1>50%,"Yes","No")

'to handle blanks
=IF(A1,IF(A1>50%,"Yes","No"),"")
