PowSim Simulink Toolbox: -

At time zero I need the capacitor charged with
predetermined voltage. Is it possible with MATLAB.

What is the way out for the same.

In pSPICE it is possible to put initial condition on the
Capacitor and Inductor!!!!!.

Need Urgent help.
