The top icon's the physical disk, and then inside that (ie indented) are all the partitions on the disk. I think you need to select the partition and then repair permissions. (Though personally I just do "sudo diskutil repairPermissions /" on the command-line. Since / indicates a filesystem, that also suggests that you need to select the partition icon.) Cheers, Chris |
