From: Mike Rushton on 6 Jun 2007 00:53 I was able to install CentOS 5 on an old junky Dell GX160 PC. I was surprised it installed with no problem. It had an onboard Intel Video Adaper. It found it no problem. It installed easier than most installations of Windows I have done. The GUI started right up, despite reports of this not working right. I really like the GUI, very clean looking and well organized. I tried to get Samba on it working, but could not. I will try again tommorow. But I was really impresses with the distro. I don't know if we will use it but I liked it. It may have a place somewhere in our organization.
