If my system gets overtaxed with a Sonar project that's down to an
audio-only phase, I very likely will finish up using Reaper. It's
impressive. Slightly sawed-off but impressive. Lean, mean, quick and
clean eh? ;)

Thanks for the info. I wish several parts of these apps was written in
assembly! Disk i/o, the plugin i/o chain. It might be, but probably not.
