Hi,

Thanks for your feedback, But i am finding this issue only in vista-64 not
in (xp-32) for same driver .
I tested rigurosly in xp-32, not even once i got a failure.
very rarely, i guess if resources are not available, might give. But very
rare.

I enabled the driver verifier & global flags heap memory checking, i didnt
see any fault happening @ xp-32. From this, i can confirm that driver is
allocating & releasing w/o any problems.

Do you any thoughts why, it might be coming in vista-64 only?
