From: BullocksTroy on 5 May 2008 17:28 I am not really experienced with frames so I'm running into a few issues that I can't figure out... http://whspusa.com/hyatt/leftmain.html 1. I want to have the navigation on the left go flush up to the white box on the right (that is, no blue space between them). I have my tables in the left frame aligned right and the table in the main frame aligned left. but there's still a gap there... how can I do this? 2. Although I have a title specified in each frame in the set, it still says "Untitled Document" when viewed in a browser. How do I fix this this?
From: Murray *ACE* on 5 May 2008 17:28 With these questions working in frames is going to be a nightmare for you. From: BullocksTroy on 5 May 2008 18:09 I know most advise to avoid using frames.. However what the client wants is a site that primarily links to PDF documents that they will be frequently updating/uploading themselves. I wanted to have the navigation remain visible on the left while Acrobat opens in the main frame, and I thought frames would be the best (or only?) way to accomplish this. If anyone has a suggestion for an alternative to frames then I'm open.. Otherwise so far these are the only two issues that have really come up so any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds reasonable. Let's see what you have so far, please. -- Murray --- ICQ 71997575 Adobe Community Expert (If you *MUST* email me, don't LAUGH when you do so!) ================== http://www.projectseven.com/go - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources http://www.dwfaq.com - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources ================== "BullocksTroy" <webforumsuser(a)macromedia.com> wrote in message news:fvo0if$hep$1(a)forums.macromedia.com... >I know most advise to avoid using frames.. > However what the client wants is a site that primarily links to PDF > documents > that they will be frequently updating/uploading themselves.
