ISTM that, in this day and age, the best idea may be to track down one of the several light-pens that were made for the C=64 (and a program [like 'Flexi-Draw'?] made for it.) Take the pedestal off of a (10"?) LCD monitor so that it can be used on the lap, (it would have to have S-Video input), and have at it with the light pen. Unless it was a touch-screen LCD, one would best fit a piece of 1/8" (maybe even 1/16") plexi-glas (perspex) on top of the actual screen to protect it from the pressure. I assume that many people in this group can figure out how to hack some female RCA jacks onto a standard S-Video cable, so that it can be plugged to the C=64 monitor cable. The light pen is awkward when used on the vertical screen of a monitor. salaam, dowcom To e-mail me, add the character zero to "dowcom". i.e.: dowcom(zero)(at)webtv(dot)net. -- http://community.webtv.net/dowcom/DOWCOMSAMSTRADGUIDE MSWindows is television, Linux is radar.
