Error 1184
Hi HEDP, Are you using the DataSocket Select URL VI?  That will ensure the path name is correct.  Does using the IP address of the computer instead of the computer name give error 1184 as well?  Also, are there any firewalls that could be blocking communication, and are you able to read the shared varia... 6 May 2008 23:25

What is the advantage of local variables versus&nbsp;property knots (value)? They tell in the manual, that for every local variable there is always a copy made of the original input/indicator.
