Hi does anyone know where I can get standard layout templates for different
screen resolutions. I currently design using a 799 and 999 width and for visual
purposes including a cut out browser look so the client can visualise it as
though it would be on their screen.

There aren't really "standards". 799 isn't even safe for 800x600 resolution (you'll still get scroll bars).
