I want to print files from a Linux (SuSE 10) system to an XP Home system that has an HP printer attached. XP is fully up to date with S... 5 Apr 2008 18:16

wireless and cordless phone-- interference.
My son has a wireless b/g ADSL modem (2wire). He also has a cordless phone. Whenever he uses the phone the wireless does not work. Is there some way around this, bar buying a new phone? I assume the phone is a 2.4GHz phone, but have not had confirmation of this yet. Another problem he has is that he is in an a... 31 Mar 2008 20:39
Secure VNC with SSL problem
I am confused why you would use stunnel arg '-r 5801' when you started the server with 'vncserver :5' So I think that stunnel arg should be '-r 5905', i.e. port 5905 is the port your VNC server is listening on. The 5900+N port is the VNC server and the 5800+N port is the mini http server port for delivering th... 31 Mar 2008 23:27
Routing
Hello, Dan N a crit : I'm not sure how to go about this. I'm assuming that iptables is the way to go? Using masquerading? I've managed to get something working with DNAT and SNAT. Another method may have been to use a relay/proxy such as rinetd, socat, redir, 6tunnel, stone, simpleproxy... ... 31 Mar 2008 18:39

I am working on my first wireless connection (Debian Etch Madwifi driver) and have got it working with WEP, but not with WPA.
