What is the time frame we're talking about, when can we expect the need of supporting the pap-AN locale earliest? How long will it take for the grant to start with the project? 3. Do I need to be a programmer to do this? I am collecting some people to help me with this task. My daughter who = is a High school student is the first on my list. Will I get an answer? I understood that I should wait about three weeks. The time to setup and start a project varies greatly, but you should allow us around 15 days to get everything setup. You will also be involved in this setup phase.
