From: Vipul Pathak on 21 Mar 2008 12:43 Thanks Peter, I am new to Windows Mobile development. Thanks for your response. I need to know the log entry, when the sync. for contacts and mails fails on the device. I was under an impression that Pocket Outlook would be logging information in case of error, like normally other applications do. There are a number of possibilities then: 1) If not on device, does Pocket Outlook put the logs at the server ? 2) Is there any "Event Log" kind of thing (as on the Desktop Windows), where applications can log the error info ? Another, basic question is how to track, debug and troubleshoot any preloaded application (System application like ActiveSync, Pocket Outloook etc) when some error occurs. There should be some logging/notification mechanism for troubleshooting. Thanks Again, *(Vipul)() ; "Peter Foot" <feedback(a)nospam-inthehand.com> wrote in message news:1EBA6377-B4F2-411A-AE55-FCBDE104784F(a)microsoft.com... > Pocket Outlook doesn't keep a log file on the device.
