:D I fixed my problem this morning and had to share with you here so other's
may benefit.

I was getting this message: A script in this movie is causing Macromedia
Flash Player 8 to run slowly. If it continues, your computer may become
unresponsive. blah, blah, blah....

I had recently installed MSN Passport with IM Messenger. I SIGNED OUT of it,
clear my cache, and returned to the page that it was appearing on and it was
gone.
