This guy has been posting this stuff for years. Hes a paranoid
schizophrenic who self-medicates by flooding newsgroups. Its extremely
annoying but if you read the BS he actually believes, then Id rather
have to delete his posts than BE him. He seriously believes television
anchor-people and random people on the street are paid to harass him
with random comments. He posts to foreign-language NGs too, so he
really doesnt care (or probably doesnt notice) whether his posts are
OT or not.

Set a filter and ignore him.
