From: pogolucy on 22 Jul 2005 11:49 I have just installed Project 2003 and am having a lot of problems. Initially these related to the program looking for GBUI://mainpage.htm/ but I managed to fix this using technical support. Now the program opens but the default entry screen is totally missing - the screen is totally blank. I have tried everything to resote - even if I load an existing Project - it appears to open but is completely blank. Help! Thanks

Just a guess.... -- Reid McTaggart Alegient, Inc., Houston Project Server Experts Microsoft Certified Partner "pogolucy" wrote: > I have just installed Project 2003 and am having a lot of problems. From: pogolucy on 23 Jul 2005 04:26 Thanks for the reply but this is not the problem I have loads of both virtual and hard disk space available. I think that it has something to do with the program not loading the correct Templates - when I open the program it appears to work well but there is no 'canvas' to produce work on - the only Template I see is one called 'Blank' which I presume is just what it says - I understand that there should be one called 'mainpage' - but this is missing. Thanks anyway. Paul "Reid McTaggart" wrote: > How much memory and Virtual memory does your machine have? From: "Reid McTaggart" <reid@alegient on 23 Jul 2005 08:51 Was a previous version of Project installed on this computer and not uninstalled? It may be best just to uninstall and reinstall Project. -- Reid McTaggart Alegient, Inc., Houston Project Server Experts Microsoft Certified Partner "pogolucy" wrote: > Thanks for the reply but this is not the problem I have loads of both virtual > and hard disk space available. > > I think that it has something to do with the program not loading the correct > Templates - when I open the program it appears to work well but there is no > 'canvas' to produce work on - the only Template I see is one called 'Blank' > which I presume is just what it says - I understand that there should be one > called 'mainpage' - but this is missing. > > Thanks anyway. > > Paul > > "Reid McTaggart" wrote: > > > How much memory and Virtual memory does your machine have?
