When starting MS Project 2003 Standard, I receive an error message about
gbui://blank.htm or gbui://main.htm. The only way out is to end task through
Task Manager.

There is a registry tweak listed at MSDN.com, and also a "Re-install IE6 SP
1" procedure. However, Windows will not allow a re-install of IE6 SP1 since
I already have WinXP SP2 installed along with newer updates.

None of these options appears to correct the problem. I have also
unintalled/re-installed both WinXP SP2 and Project 2003 Standard.

Any ideas on what to do next?
