From: Brettster on 24 Apr 2008 20:33 I have two microphones and an iMac. The iMac has two input holes in the back; one is for headphones and the other is presumably for a mic. I can't get the iMac to recognize either mic. I've gone into System Preferences ---> Sound and changed the input to "Audio Line-in Port," but still nothing. The built-in mic works fine. I am wondering which of the following could be the culprit: A) There's some additional software / preference issue still unresolved. B) Both mics I have are broken. C) Both mics I have are not Mac compatible. D) The iMac "Audio Line-in Port" is non-operational for some reason. D) All of the above. E) None of the above; the X-Factor answer I can't think of. Any ideas? Thanks, Brett
