Limewire/Java
New to Linux. Loaded Mandriva 2006 and all went well. Downloaded Limewire as an RPM. When I try to install it stops and indicates I need to load a program that I have found is Java before I can load the Limewire. Downloaded Java. It is a rpm.bin. Wine Icons
I use Wine to run Forte Agent newsreader. Usually it has the Wine icon, sometimes it has the Agent icon in the toolbar. Once it has the Agent icon, it seems to stay until I restart it, or it will temporarily show the Wine icon when I have a tooltip, but will go back to Agent when the tooltip closes. Icons falling down - don't lough !!
On my desktop I place the icons along the margin - on two sides and the top. On both sides the lowest icon is about a quarter way above the bottom.
