I've been getting heavy copies of "message repeated n times" in my logs (syslog
and daemon.log); the messages that appear to be setting it off are

DHCPREQUEST on eth0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67
and
DHCPREQUEST on eth0 to 192.168.1.1 port 67

I'm not running pump; I can connect out just fine.

1) What's wrong?
2) How do I make it stop?
