Every time I open a Microsoft Word document or program, it takes at least 30
seconds to open. I have defragmented my computer, and deleted unnecessary
programs, but the problem is still occurring. Any suggestions?

Have you cleaned out temporary files? (Run Disk Cleanup -- in System
Tools alongside Defragmenter.) Also, when's the last time you
rebooted? Do you have virus protection?
