From: SheriTingle on 14 Jan 2006 13:17 Hi and thanks for the help. I'm using Project 2003. I'm creating a new calendar and would like to use military time/24 hour clock. For exmple instead of saying 1 PM I need to use 1300 hours. How can I do that?
From: Mike Glen on 14 Jan 2006 16:25 Hi Sheri, Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :) Tools/Options/View tab/Date format will allow you to select times in the 12:33 style. Is that what you want? FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :) Mike Glen MS Project MVP SheriTingle wrote: > Hi and thanks for the help. Hi SheriTingle, Project will accept an entry of 13:00 without any change required. It will display as 1:00 pm however. You can change the format to military time through the Control Panel > Regional and Language options. On the Regional Options tab click the Customize button. In the Customize Regional Options click the Time tab and select the date form HH:mm:ss or H:mm:ss. This will apply to all programs. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
