I don't know... it's just like a horsontal moving text within a specifired area.
No actually the prettyest design element, but handy in certain sityations.

Hmm... how to descipe it :0/ imagine a page where you want the line: "The pub
is closed two weeks in july..." (like www.hagges.dk) at the buttom center of a
page where it's repeating it self, floating from right to left but not over the
whole with of the page, just at the center in an area that is just wide enough
to show the line ones.... It was dead easy in GoLive so I bet it's just as easy
in DWCS3, but I don't know how to descripe it in the help menue.....
