You can use the free CutePDF application to 'print' the score to a *.pdf file. http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp -- Mike Fisher www.soundclick.com/mikefisher www.fishmusic.net

In your score program select whatever you want to insert and copy to the clipboard. Then go into Word and hit Ctrl+V to paste it in. This is also what is happening in the post by Mike Fisher using Prt Scr (print screen). That just copies the screen to the Window's clipboard in BMP format so you can paste it in Word (or any other Window's app). If the screen cap grabs more than you want, and if Word won't let you edit it directly, simply go to MS Paint and paste the screen cap in and then crop it (or annotate it or anything else you want). Then resave and import into Word.

Here's a link to a trial version: http://www.techsmith.com/download/trials.asp Good luck! From: Ricky Hunt on 27 Feb 2006 11:07 Here's a little Window's tip for anytime you use Print Screen. If you press Print Screen by itself it captures the whole screen. If you press Alt+Print Screen it only captures the active window. This could save you a few steps if you only want a portion of the screen without having to go crop it somewhere else.
