From: Aurora on 18 Jul 2008 10:03 I am using FrontPage 2003 I am trying to create a navigation bar on a page that contains several tables. I want the bar to go to individual tables that are located on the same page as the navigation bar. I went through MS Tutorial on Custom Bars. But after I created the first link it would not let me created any additional links to the same page. When I went to test the first link it did not take me to a table because it is linked to the page. I did bookmark my tables but how do I get the link to the bookmarks? Can anyone help me or at least point me to somewhere I can get some help? Aurora
From: Ronx on 18 Jul 2008 15:54 You cannot link to a bookmark in the *same* page using FrontPage navigation components, because when the page is opened the link will be plain text (or an image if using a theme), not a hyperlink. You can create a link bar that emulates a theme's images to some extent - see http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/navigation/themed-css-navigation.asp for some advice on this. -- Ron Symonds - Microsoft MVP (FrontPage) Reply only to group - emails will be deleted unread. http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/fp "Aurora" <Aurora(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:866264E5-90F6-4FDC-B318-7D4C69E98EDA(a)microsoft.com: > I am using FrontPage 2003 > I am trying to create a navigation bar on a page that contains several > tables. From: Ronx on 18 Jul 2008 16:11 To link to the bookmarks from a *different* page you will need a new custom link bar for each link. On each link bar add an existing page, and point this to the bookmark. This is similar to the procedure described at http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/navigation/mailto-navigation.asp -- Ron Symonds - Microsoft MVP (FrontPage) Reply only to group - emails will be deleted unread. http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/fp "Aurora" <Aurora(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:866264E5-90F6-4FDC-B318-7D4C69E98EDA(a)microsoft.com: > I am using FrontPage 2003 > I am trying to create a navigation bar on a page that contains several > tables.
