Sorry; should have mentioned need socket 478 motherboard.
Furthermore, data returned says NIL about if any one of the MBs
support the AIW; MB makers for the most part also do not make mention.
So in this case, Google would seem to be counter-productive.

You don't need anything special for the AIW. Any board the equivalent video
card would work in would also work with an AIW.

I used an AGP AIW128PRO in my P4 system before getting an AIW9600XT. Intel
D845EPT2 M/B. The AIW128PRO was the last card before the Radeon AIW.

Just make sure the M/B is capable of one of the AGP voltages of the card.
IIRC the AIW128PRO was 1X,2X. The 9600 4X,8X and the M/B 2X,4X

I wish the hell it was that simple.
In mt quest, i got a number of motherboards the presumedly would
support the AIW Radeon.
Not only did none of them work with it, i could not find a single
video board to work with any of the MBs.
That lead me to research concerning AGP specs, and do discovered that
the speed (1X, 2X, 4X, 8X, "universal mumble") had to match on both, and
the protocol (1.0 stc to 3.5) had to match or one is SOL.
And like i said, that info is sorely lacking for both video and MBs;
only rarely can one get the necessary info for one (usually the MB) but
never for both.
The manuals for the AIW Radeon board do not say what speed or
protocol is needed or preferred; they confuse the issue by calling it a
"universal 2X/4X" board and it clearly did not work in some 2X MBs as
well as did not work in some 4X MBs.
Hence my rant posted seperately on this BS.
