From: Anatoly2 on 8 Sep 2005 11:42 I have looked into this before, but my needs have changed slightly, so I would like to ask again: Using this reference, <a href="http://www.colingordon.com/pdf/Gordon-SPIE99.pdf" target="_blank"> http://www.colingordon.com/pdf/Gordon-SPIE99.pdf</a>, figure 1 I would like my vibration analysis code to plot the octave spectrum in the same units as captured signal (in this case, microns/sec) If I use the IEC 1/n VI from the SVT, I can only see the power spectrum on the output (signal squared). Is there a way for me to produce the octave analysis spectrum in signal units? please help (PS this is cross-posted in multifunction DAQ forum, I followed the wizard and the thread was placed there, i didn't notice at first)
